Region IV trio receive NJCAA ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove Award®

Three players from NJCAA Region IV have been selected a 2018 NJCAA ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove Award® winners. Sophomore Brennan Kelly of Kankakee Community College took home the honor in Division II, while sophomores Keegan Mickey of Rock Valley College and Anthony Agne of Joliet Junior College did the same in Division III.

Kelly, a Wabash, Indiana, native, was the top fielding pitcher with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage. Agne, a native of Plainfield, Illinois, posted a .973 fielding percentage as the top glove at second base in the nation. Mickey, who hails from Beloit, Wisconsin, was the best defensive catcher with a .989 fielding percentage.

The award recipients were selected by the NJCAA Division II and Division III Baseball Committees, respectively.
