Madison's Anhold earns Region IV Player of the Year award

Madison College's Adam Anhold strung together consistently productive games en route to being named the Region IV Division III Player of the Year and putting his name atop the list of the 2019 NJCAA Region IV Division III All-Region Team. Anhold will also receive the region's top All-American nomination, followed by consideration for Kelvin Cortez Harvey of Elgin Community College and Nana Kodom-Ayensu of Rock Valley College. This year's nine-player list features three selections each from the WolfPack, Spartans, and Region IV champion Golden Eagles.

Anhold finished the season averaging 18.5 points, 8.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.3 blocks per game. For the season he shot 58.5% from the field, 70% at the free throw line, and made 38.5% of his three-point attempts.
