The 2023 NJCAA Region 4 Division I Men's Soccer Championship will be played Saturday, October 28 in Chicago, Illinois. The Region 4 winner advances to the NJCAA Midwest District Tournament against the winners of Region 11 and 24, with the Region 11 winner hosting November 3. The 2023 NJCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championships is in Wichita, Kansas, from November 12-18.
