The 2024 NJCAA Region 4 Division II (Midwest District A) Women's Basketball Tournament begins with quarterfinal games on Thursday, February 29 at the sites of the higher seeds. Rock Valley College in Rockford, Illinois, will host the semifinals on March 2 and the championship on March 9.
