Game 2 (2pm): #3 Elgin Community College (0) vs. #1 Rock Valley College (19)
Game 3 (4pm): #2 Joliet Junior College (3) vs. #1 Rock Valley College (4) (8 innings)

(If one school is unbeaten and winless team is eliminated.)

NOTE: For Games 1-4, the home team will be the highest seed. Should Game 5 become necessary, the home team will be the lower seeded team (per region regulations).
The winner advances to the NJCAA District G Tournament, May 17-18, 2019, to play the Region XII winner at the site of the Region IV winner. The 2019 NJCAA Division III National Tournament is at McQuillan Softball Complex in Rochester, Minnesota, from May 23-25, 2019.
