The 2019 NJCAA Region IV Division II District 3 Men's Basketball Tournament will begin on Thursday, February 28 with quarterfinal games played at the site of the higher seed. It will follow with semifinal and championship games on March 3 and 9 at Waubonsee Community College in Sugar Grove, Illinois. The Region IV Division II District 3 champion will earn an automatic bid to the 2019 NJCAA Division II Men's Basketball Championships in Danville, Illinois, from March 19-23, 2019.
