Carl Sandburg awarded Region 4 title, national tournament appearance
The 2021 NJCAA Region 4 Division II Men's Soccer Tournament begins Saturday, October 30 with quarterfinal matches, followed by semifinal matches on Tuesday, November 2 and the championship match on Saturday, November 6. The higher seed will host every game. The Region 4 winner automatically qualifies as the NJCAA Midwest District representative to the 2021 NJCAA Division II Men's Soccer Championships in Wichita, Kansas, from November 15-20.

**NOTE: Carl Sandburg College will be the Region 4/Midwest District representative at the 2021 NJCAA Division II Men's Soccer Championship in Wichita, Kansas, from November 15-20 due to a double-forfeit in the 2021 NJCAA Region 4 Division II Tournament Championship.
All games are played at the site of the higher seeded team.
