The 2023 NJCAA Region 4 Division III Men's Soccer Tournament features a single championship game on October 21, and the higher seed will host. The winner advances to the NJCAA Midwest District Tournament on October 28-29 at Riverland Community College in Austin, Minnesota. The Midwest District champion automatically qualifies for the 2023 NJCAA Division III Men's Soccer Championships in Gastonia, North Carolina, from November 7-12.
